臺灣地區考慮地盤影響之設計震譜

Site-Dependent Design Response Spectra for the Taiwan Region

摘要


本研究為考量臺灣之地質狀況及地震特性,研製適合臺灣地區使用之設計震譜,乃根據臺灣地區於岩石及土壤兩種地盤之實測地震記錄,以對數常態分佈統計而得平均值及平均值加一標準差之反應譜,再以分段線性迴歸法求得岩盤及上壤地盤之水平向及垂直向平滑化設計震譜。本研究並發現美國UBC規範之震譜整體而言與本研究平均加一標準差震譜相似,而國內現行規範設計震譜則有可靠度不一致之傾向。最後,本研究提出岩盤及土壤地盤設計震譜之修正曲線,以供耐震設計參考。

The main purpose of this research is to develop design spectra based on Taiwan's geological conditions and earthquake characteristics. In this study, 168 horizontal and 99 vertical earthquake accelerograms were used and classified into two categories: rock and soil. The log-normal distribution was assumed to obtain the mean and mean plus one standard deviation response spectra. Then, the horizontal and vertical smoothened design spectra for rock and soil were obtained by using linear regression models for different frequency ranges. It was found also that the design spectra obtained by this study are in general similar to these utilized by UBC code, while the spectra used by the current Taiwan code are deemed to have inconsistent reliabilities. Revised design spectral curves for both rock and soil are also proposed by this study.
