台北市高級中學教學空間與附屬設施現況水準之調查分析

摘要


為求對台北市現有高中學校教學空間及附屬設施之現況水準有一全盤了解,以便台北市教育局對高中學校建築之改建與新建,能有一規劃基準可依據:故初步先對26所高中之「教學空間」與「附屬設施」以實地測繪並配合問卷方式,做一全盤性調查,研究成果將呈現(1)台北市高中學校建築之建築空間用途別之現況比值(2)學校校地與總樓地版面前之平均值(3)每生享有空間之現況值(4)附屬設施包括水電及運動等設施之使用狀況;依樣上述資料,將作為全市現有高中學校之檢討。

The study aims to obtain a complete picture of the current level of teaching space & auxiliary facility of senior high schools in Taipei City. The study results will be treated as the planning criteria for Taipei City government reference to build or rebuild senior high schools. The methodology adopted here includes field survey and questionnaire, which are used to investigate the teaching space and auxiliary facility of twenty-six senior high schools.The study will present the following results:1 the existing ratio of building space and its use in different senior high schools.2 the average ratio of school land area and all building floor area.3 the existing ratio which shows the teaching space each student is distributed with.4 the use condition of auxiliary facility such as electrical, water, sports ground, etc.Based on the above data, every school in the whole city will be examined.
