台北市公立高級中學教學空間規劃基準之調查分析

Analysis on the Planning Criteria of Educational Space in Public Senior High School in Taipei

摘要


本文根據台北市立26所公立高級中學學校建築教學空間分析其「現況水準」;並擇取近五年內興建完成的學校統計分析其「新設水準」;及藉由「一般高中」及「非一般高中」(完全高中、綜合高中、專科高中)類型學校設置基準之調查確立其「類型水準」,然後針對「現況水準」、「新設水準」、「類型水準」及我國教育部與其他國家之相關空間的「面積水準」等進行綜合比較,建立可供決策單位參考的空間規劃「目標水準」。希望藉由此規劃基準之建立能作為未來設計單位從事學校建築規劃設計時之參考,學校行政單位申請與審核校舍新建及更新之背景資料,政府部門編列學校建築中長程經費之參考。

The purpose of this research is to establish objective criteria for relative department reference. The current teaching and learning space criteria for 26 public senior high schools, new criteria for schools built in the past five years, and type criteria for common and uncommon high schools in Taipei City were analyzed. This data were compared with「the space criteria」from the education department in Taiwan and other countries to set up「the objective criteria」.「This objective criteria」provides information to assist those engaged in school building planning and design, and as a basis for school administrative staff review for new and refurbished school buildings. Furthermore, this research can provide information for helping government administration departments to plan short, middle and long term funds for school building construction .
