永續理念下“居住空間規模”推估模式建構及實證之研究—以公寓大廈式集合住宅為例

摘要

在永續發展理念下，建築計畫的重點已不再挶限於建築本體的規劃與完成，同時也必須提出對環境保育有所助益的建議。本研究目的在使「空間規劃」與「環境永續發展理念」相結合，以公寓大廈式集合住宅為例，期望在滿足居住者使用行為及空間舒適感覺的原則下，運用推論統計之方法，尋找台灣地區合適的住宅空間規模，以建立符合永續發展的空間規劃。「擬定居住空間規模」與「選擇居住空間機能」一直是空間規劃中重要的一環，在適居環境的前提下，藉由對空間規模的研究將以往最小規模的設定，轉變為具有永續理念的規模設定，進而控制建築物樓地板面積，減少外部資源的浪費。
本研究試圖提出影響住宅空間規劃設定的因數要項，尤其加入與永續發展考量相關之因數，並瞭解因數影響居住單元面積之顯著程度，建立居住空間規模之迴歸模型，以便於空間規模之量化分析。並將現況調查資料與研究成果相互比較，說明永續性考量對住宅空間規劃之影響。
本研究以迴歸方程式之R^(2)值作為空間規模設定類型之判別工具，將單元空間之屬性分為三類：居住生活之相關空間、居住生活之必備空間、居住生活之附屬空間，各有不同的空間規模推估模式。以本研之結果與現況、文獻三者比較發現，現況居住空間規模仍太高，應往下修正，以符合永續發展之理念。

The purpose of this study is to combine architectural programming and environmental sustainable development idea together by means of discussing collective housing. And apply statistic analysis methods of inferential statistic to figure out an estimate model of space scale that suitable for collective housing in Taiwan. Therefore, this study can establish a space planning process that corresponds to sustainable development. Formulate the dwelling space scale and choose dwelling space functions are always being important part of space planning. Under the idea of fitness living environment, the research of dwelling space scale could make the dwelling smallest scale setting transfer to best-fit scale goal and also control building floorage to decrease the waste of outdoor resource.
This study uses the value to identify three types of space scale setting. There are usage relativity living spaces, necessary living spaces, and accompany living spaces. The study found that in comparison of practical, sustainable and article living scale, the practical living space scales are still higher than others. The practical scales should be adjusted to fix the sustainable development idea.
