近年來CNS建築聲學隔音量測與評定方法參考ISO標準,完成多項標準之制修訂,新制樓板衝擊音現場量測方法已於2009年公告。本研究針對新舊制樓板衝擊音現場量測與評定方法進行比較,選定案例進行現場量測並依新舊標準進行評定。結果顯示,新舊制之適用範圍、衝擊源及評定方法有差異。經適用性探討顯示新制標準內容無法完全取代舊制,故建議未來新制CNS樓板衝擊音量測評定標準進行檢討修訂,內容包含樓板衝擊音隔音性能(L'(下標 n,w)、L'(下標 nT,w))及空間隔音性能(L)之評定,並增列模擬腳步聲或孩童跳躍之重量衝擊源相關規定,以對應我國建築樓板特性。
Measurement and Rating methods of sound insulation standards in CNS have been revised and published by ISO in 2009. This indication shows that these amended standards indeed cause the difference of relevant provisions stipulated on applications and have become the major source of impact on new and old standards. Therefore, we suggest that the amendment for measurement method in CNS regarding to floor impact sound insulation should be integrated with the new and old standards in the future. The new standard should include the rating on the insulation performance of floor impact sound (L'(subscript n,w)、L'(subscript nT,w)) and the insulation performance of the space (L). The provisions about ratings and measurements for weight impact source of simulation of footsteps or children jump should be also stipulated.
