台南市戶外通風之初步評估與解析研究

自2004年起臺南市政府開始推動「好望角計畫」，本計畫主要是希望通過積少成多的方式，逐步將市區內機關學校、社區、廣場等城市角落改造為更加舒適與美觀的公共空間。改善景觀的主要手法，大致可包括鋪面改善、照明改善、種植可遮蔭喬木或是觀賞性的灌木與草本植物、增設可供市民休憩停留之街道家具等等。本研究試圖以戶外通風效果的量化評估，來瞭解好望角計畫個案之戶外通風表現，然後再進行變異數及迴歸分析，以瞭解可能影響好望角通風表現的基地環境因子與人文社會因子，最後試圖提出未來施作都市街角景觀改善工程的規劃設計建議。

Since 2004, the Tainan City Government began to promote ”the Plan of Good Looking Corners in Tainan”, will be idle for many city street corners to greening and beautification of open space. The main way to improve the landscape, generally including the improvement of pavement and lighting, planting of shade trees or ornamental shrubs and herbaceous plants, set to stay open to provide public street furniture. This study tried to quantify the effect of outdoor ventilation assessment, to understand this Plan of ventilation performance, and then the One-way ANOVA and Regression analysis, to understand Factors, which may affect ventilation the performance. Finally tried to put forward the planning and design proposals for landscape improvement projects in future.
