老舊建築物外牆劣化整建更新工法之應用研究

本研究探討老舊建築物外牆劣化的整建更新模式，透過政府機關工務單位與民間外牆整建廠商共蒐集44件的外牆整建更新案例，公有部分：台北市政府補助案計13件、內政部營建署補助案計17件；私有部分：自行籌借整建案計14件，本研究比較分析老舊建築物外牆劣化的整建更新工法，包括：1.場鑄（敲除式）工法、2.場鑄（不敲除式）工法、3.預鑄工法，本研究主要探討施工工法、施工流程、施工成本、施工工期及優缺因素分析，並透過本研究推導出施工成本、施工工期於不同工程規模時所呈現的相關性。進而以定量方式比較分析回歸曲線圖、散佈圖的預測性與解適能力；且輔以施工現地詳實探勘、領域專家深度訪談及擷取廠商施工資訊等實證方法，予以回饋修正本研究模式。

The study discussed the renovation methods for building external walls. 44 external wall renovation cases were collected in this study, which include 30 cases from public building and 14 private buildings Three renovation methods are investigated in this study: 1) cast-in-place with demolition; 2) cast-in-place without demolition; and 3) precast. This study discussed the construction methods, processes, cost, duration as well as advantage and disadvantage factors for various construction methods. The construction costs were deduced through mathematical logic, as well as the correlation among projects of various scales during the construction duration. Quantitative statistics and correlation analysis were conducted in this study. Field studies and expertise interviews from the contractors are then discussed to improve the results of this study.
