本研究主要目的係控制熱體化溫度與時間,製作傳統建築彩繪塗料用桐油展色劑,並分析不同條件下製備之展色劑基本性質,以獲得最佳桐油展色劑之熱體化溫度與持溫時間。熱體化溫度包括100、150、200及210℃,持溫時間分別為2.0、2.5、3.0及3.5hr。基本性質分為展色劑機基本性質與塗膜性質,展色劑基本性質包括碘價、酸價、比重、黏度、顏色及乾燥時間,而塗膜性質包括硬度、拉伸強度、破壞伸長率、耐溶劑性、耐光性及耐熱性等,並應用傅立葉紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)分析桐油熱體化後之化學結構變化。試驗結果顯示,以加熱溫度200℃並持溫3.0hr所製作之桐油展色劑,其作業性與塗膜性質最為平衡且優良。
The main purpose of this study is to obtain the best heat-bodied conditions including temperature and time of Tung oil vehicle for preparing optimum enamel coatings for traditional architecture. The heat-bodied temperatures were 100, 150, 200, and 21℃, and the times were 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 hr, respectively. The fundamental properties of Tung oil vehicle such as iodine value, acid value, specific gravity, viscosity, color, and drying time, and film properties including hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, solvent resistance, lightfastness, and heat-resistance were examined. In addition, the chemical structure changes of Tung oil vehicle were conducted by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis. The results showed that the Tung oil vehicle manufactured at 200℃ for3.0 hr had excellent performances and the best balance between workability and film properties.
