本研究整合建築資訊模型與涵構察覺技術發展可調適性維運管理系統SyncBIM。該系統目標是介入到建築的維運管理階段,透過涵構察覺技術結合系統經驗學習法則,發展出I-P-O-P迴圈產出動態趨勢模型,使維運資訊可持續性更新,進而達到可學習建築的雛形。SyncBIM系統最終以資訊視覺化的方法,結合BIM的空間物件導向邏輯,設計出用以展示建築維運效能的三維化介面,輔助使用者察覺當下空間涵構,達到決策輔助系統的效果。根據系統的實作驗證,本研究歸結出五個可調適性維運管理設計原則:分別是1.輔助決策的三維資訊模型、2.搭載服務的物件導向設計、3.真實參數下的動態資料庫、4.建築學習模式可視化比對、5.脈絡化空間資訊層級整合。
In this research we propose the integration of BIM and context awareness technology for the development of adaptable operation management system called SyncBIM. SyncBIM system aims to engage in the operation management stage. Based on the context awareness technology and system experience learning rule, SyncBIM develops I-P-O-P loop to generate the trend model for the dynamic learnable building. In the end, this research applies SyncBIM system to the BIM-based interface which can visualize the building performance. It provides users the context awareness information to become the decision supporting system. This research concludes 5 design rules based on our practice: 1. 3D information model supports decision making, 2. Object orientation design delivers service, 3. Dynamic DB based on real parameters, 4. Visualization comparison achieves learnable building, 5. Contextual layers facilitate information index.
