Buschke-Loewenstein Tumor of the Penis: A Case Report
陰莖Buschke-Loewenstein 腫瘤：病例報告
摘要
一位三十四歲男性病患因爲陰莖疼痛，排尿困難，以及發燒至本院急診。發現隊莖乳頭狀突起腫瘤已有五年之久。電腦斷層掃描顯示雙側腹股溝低密度均勻軟組織增加。由於懷疑是惡性陰莖腫瘤，施行陰莖全切除及尿道成形術。切除的腫瘤經組織學檢查顯示爲Buschke-Loewenstein腫瘤。二週後發現有小腫瘤複發，予以電燒切除後追蹤一年半未再發現新腫瘤增生。

A 34-year-old male presented to our emergency department with a penile mass which had appeared 5 years previous, but which only recently had produced intolerable penile pain, dysuria. and fever. A pelvic computed tomographic scan showed a homogenous hypodense mass lesion measuring 10×8×8cm over the pubic region. A malignant penile tumor was suspected, and a total penectomy with urethroplasty was performed. Histological examination of the specimen revealed it to have typical features of a Buschke-Loewenstein tumor. A small recurrent condyloma over the scrotal skin was found 2 weeks later and was successfully treated with electrocauterization. At the time of this writing, 18 months after the operation, there had been no further tumor recurrence.
