Penile Schwannoma is rare entity. The tumour is almost benign, painless, slow-growing and solitary in emergence. We reported a 28-year-old male presented with lower urinary tract symptoms, such as weak stream, incomplete voiding sensation and urinary frequency accompanied for over 10 years. He complained of painful intercourse simultaneously. A rounded mass just located at urethral orifice. He underwent surgical resection and penile Schwannoma was confirmed according to histopathologic report. Lower urinary tract symptoms and dyspareunia improved during two-year follow-up.
