Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor of the Kidney Associated With a Renal Stone

A 50-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a renal stone and a renal mass. A laparoscopic radical nephrectomy was performed, and the pathology report documented an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT). Only 35 cases of IMT of the kidney have been reported in previously published studies. This is the 36th case, and the first reported case of IMT associated with a renal stone.
