摘要


本研究的目的在建立一評估混合式3D量測系統量測能力之方法論。此混合式3D量測系統包括一個CCD相機及一個雷射探頭。一座三次元量床(CMM)用來當做此混合式3D系統之校正工具。本研究所建立之量測方法之主要內容包含設計一合乎實驗設計中拉丁方格概念排列之被測物件。量測準確度(Accuracy)及重複性(Rcpcatability)為本研究所使用之量測能力指標。量測路程及資料分析方法則參照ANSI標準擬定。此二指標又可用三種方法來表達:單點量測、單軸量測、及距離量測。本研究建議之方法論,是一簡單又容易電腦化之有系統方法,可作為評估混合式3D量測系統之實用工具。

The objective of this research was to develop an evaluation methodology for the measurement capability of a hybrid 3D noncontact measurement system. This hybrid system consists of a CCD camera for the 2D measurement and a laser probe for the third dimensional measurement. A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) was used as the calibration tool for the hybrid system. The measurement module is a set of work pieces arranged as a Latin-square (LS). The advantage of using the LS configuration is that the data collected is complied with the LS experimental design concept. The data collection procedure consisted of obtaining data from the hybrid system and analyzing the data statistically. In reference to the ANSI standard for the performance evaluation of CMMs, accuracy and repeatability were used as the measurement capability indices. The capabilities indices were calculated using three types of measurement data: single point measurement, single axis measurement, and 3D distance measurement. The proposed methodology is simple and can be computerized for quick access and utilization of a hybrid 3D measurement system.
