An Integrated Production-Inventory Model for Deteriorating Production with Defective Item Rework and Joint Material Replenishment Policy

劣化生產下考量不良品重工及物料聯合補貨政策之整合生產存貨模式

摘要


本文係探討如何決定批量生產系統最佳生產週期及符合經濟規模聯合補貨數量之整合生產-存貨模式。文中假設製程爲不完美、產出的產品有一定數量爲不良品、不良品於排定的生產作業完成後立即進行重工,且不良品重工結果爲完美狀態。本研究主要目在探討於無限計畫時間下,系統之最小化期望總成本。研究中提出一個可獲得最佳或近似最佳解之求解法,並例舉一數值範例以驗證說明模式之正確性。相關敏感度分析亦隨之提出與討論。本確定性模式嘗試提供管理人員於不良品重工及物料聯合補貨政策下,同時估算適當之不完美生產製程生產週期與料件採購數量的指引。

This paper considers an integrated production-inventory model which determines an optimal production cycle time and economic joint replenishment quantity of raw materials in a batch production system. The production process is assumed to be imperfect, and thus certain amount of item produced become defective. The defective items are assumed to be reworked immediately after the regular production ends and rework efforts are assumed to be performed under perfect condition. The objective is to minimize the expected total cost for the system over an infinite horizon. An algorithm to obtain an optimal or near optimal solution is presented. To demonstrate the model's fidelity, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the model. Sensitivity analysis is also performed and discussed. This deterministic model attempts to provide mangers with guidelines to evaluate the proper production cycle time and the purchase quantity of raw materials of an imperfect production process simultaneously under defective item rework and joint material replenishment policy.
