本文以介紹多晶矽薄膜與非晶矽薄膜整合之太陽電池為主,藉由材料、光封存、結構表面粗糙化及薄膜堆疊等太陽電池結構的考量,以及製程方法的選擇,從而達到成本降低及效率提昇並重之目標。
The solar cells integrated with poly-Si and amorphous Si thin films are mainly discussed in this paper. Structure considerations such as the material of the films, the light trapping, the surface texturing, and the tandem structure, as well as the processing techniques are key factors for achieving low-cost and high-efficiency thin-film solar cells.
