摘要
傳統印刷業者－鼎易印刷以PDCA循環持續改善的精神，來改善全員經營品質的問題，高階主管也以決心、教育、執行及加強監督來配合此案，並將人事物所有的流程，設計成簡單的稽核點，融入企業的日常管理，化繁雜為簡單，期許經此洗鍊後，日後可以成為業界的標竿企業且建立與國際接軌的品質標準。
