出版業與印刷業銜接問題探討

摘要

主要探討出版業與印刷業兩方之間，合作過程銜接的問題，由於雙方常常會發生一些問題，所以主要是探討在工作上會發生哪些失誤，與是何種因素導致問題的產生，及如何降低銜接上的失誤。當事故發生時該如何有效的處理，以及將問題所造成的損失降到最低，藉由了解雙方合作模式，歸納出可能發生的問題，並設法去改善，希望能達到增益雙方產出端之效能與效率，解決這兩方之間長久以來衝突。

The main discussion, the problems of cooperation process in the publishing industry and the printing industry. To realize the both modality for co-operation and conclude problems which may happen, we can effectively solve the problems and how these mistakes and the losses of benefit are reduced as low as possible in the work. We hope to increase the efficiency and effectiveness, and attempt to find some solution to the conflict.
