The 42(superscript th) CSQ Annual Congress and the 12(superscript th) National Quality Management Symposium were held on Nov, 4(superscript th) 2006 at National Chin-Yi Institute of Technology in Taichong with ”Quality for Value Innovation” as the core of the activities.
Dr. Lu Juan-Yuan, the president of CSQ held the program of the Congress, and Mr. Chen Minister of Economics was invited to give speech and to bestow medals of ”Organization Quality Award” ”Personal Quality Award” and all of this year the ”Prize of Outstanding Thesis”.
And after that Dr. Chen President of National Chin-Yi Institute of Technology was invited to bestow Seven different kinds of professional diplomas that certified by CSQ.
Two keynote address were arranged after a short break.
Thesis presentation started at 1:00 PM, over 100 thesis were divided into five different sections and were presented concurrently. All the activities come to an end at half past six that evening.
