國內企業對於ISO 14000環境管理系列評價之探討

本研究旨在了解企業在引入ISO 14000環境管理系統前後對ISO 14000的評價，提供其他業者及訂定相關規定者參考；研究結果發現廠商在實施ISO 14000前，原先最期望能藉此提升企業形象與市場佔有率，但實施後的績效得分，此項卻落居排名第八；所有廠商對實施ISO 14000評價之總體滿意度未能達到滿意的4分；對實施ISO 14000績效的評價只在環保一項獲得較佳的滿意度。另外發現在實施ISO 14000前後，「期望能獲得效益之構面」與「可獲益強度之構面」呈現出顯著性差異。而在廠商之八種背景變項中，只有部份呈現出顯著性差異。

This research aims to figure out the enterprises' evaluations towards the ISO 14000 environments management system before and after they lead in the ISO 14000 series. The authors expect to provide their findings for other companies' reference. The results showed that before the manufacturers carry out ISO 14000, they expected to promote their reputation and market share most, while this expectation fell back to be ranked as the eighth after they implement this system. None of these manufacturers reached the satisfaction indication of 4 points. Only the item of environmental protection obtains better satisfaction. The significant differences were found in the items of expecting benefit between before and after implementing ISO 14000 as well as in the item of benefit intensity. Besides, among the eight variables of manufactures' background, only some of them showed significant differences.
