Six sigma can be applied to quality improvement in various industries, and already has witnessed the breakthrough results in the manufacturing and service industry. Generally speaking, people who use six sigma must have the statistical concepts and the foundations, and can master the methodology and its application thoroughly. They also should understand the questions which could be misunderstood easily in depth. Therefore, statistics education for six sigma plays an important role.
