Based on the product's life cycle concept, an organization should enable to design its human resources management system to meet organizational development needs, according to the definition of talents. Due to the results of human resources risk analysis, refer to several corrective actions expressed in this article as: recruiting employees by competence criteria, keeping and using talents by training and promotion, managing talents by system instead of another person, etc., an organization should have its own talents to assist its developing process of pursuing benchmarking.
