企業組織競爭力評量
How to Evaluate Organization's Competitive Capability
摘要
基於「品質看得見，過程是關鍵」之原則，將產品競爭力之概念，轉換成管理系統競爭力；透過流程能力與成熟度之方式，來監控與評量企業組織產品提供或營運管理系統之績效表現，並提早改善之，以達預防產出不具競爭力產品之效，謂之具競爭力之企業組織。

Based on one of quality management principles: ”If you want to see quality, then your critical focuses should be put on the process”, the concept of product's competitive capability can be transferred to management system's competitive capability. By means of Process Capability and Maturity, we can monitor and evaluate the performance of orgnization's business management system or product's provision system, or any kind of processes in the organization, and improve it, in advance, if any opportunity for improvement found, to avoid deliverying incompetitive products into market, then we can say this kind of organization is competitive.
