Based on one of quality management principles: ”If you want to see quality, then your critical focuses should be put on the process”, the concept of product's competitive capability can be transferred to management system's competitive capability. By means of Process Capability and Maturity, we can monitor and evaluate the performance of orgnization's business management system or product's provision system, or any kind of processes in the organization, and improve it, in advance, if any opportunity for improvement found, to avoid deliverying incompetitive products into market, then we can say this kind of organization is competitive.
