黃花馬纓丹莖部成分之研究

摘要

本研究由黃花馬纓丹Lantanacamara Linn.(yellow taxa)莖部分離得到十二個成分，經光譜分析確定其結構分別為phytosterols(1),β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(2),3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one(3),oleanonic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5),lantadene A(6),lantadene B(7),22β-angeloyloxylantanolic acid(8),lantanilic acid(9),betulonic acid(10),betulinic acid(11)及pomolic acid(12)。其中3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one(3)是馬纓丹屬植物文獻上未成報導的成分。
