消渴疾病史的研究進展

摘要

現代社會在步入飲食豐饒的21世紀後，與消渴相關的糖尿病仍是醫療保健的重要課題，而如何藉由消渴疾病史的研究方法，為未來的診治提供新方向，是值得整理探討的。本文收集以消渴為題的相關研究，依照病史綜述與歷史分期、斷代疾病史、典籍解說、病名解析、病因與病機、辨證論治等6大項目進行探討，整理出較具代表性的研究成果，並探討其不足之處，以供未來研究參考。

While modern nations step in to the 21(superscript st) century with food abundance, diabetes mellitus, a disease closely related to wasting-thirst in traditional Chinese medicine, remains as an important issue in the health care system. How to organize the wasting-thirst texts in accordance with the research method of disease history is worthy of providing new direction for future diagnosis and therapy. This paper reviews the wasting-thirst studies and categorizes them into the six facets of comprehensive disease history, historical division, analysis of canons, disease nomenclature, etiology and pathogenesis, and pattern identification with treatment determination.
