學校行政倫理是學校行政人員在行政運作過程中融入倫理的考量,使行政作為或決定能依循倫理規範與原則,表現出正確而正當的行為,並積極盡責且追求創新,為學生謀取最大的利益,以促進學校教育目標的達成。有關學校行政倫理之內涵主要包括效益論、義務論、德行論、關懷倫理、正義倫理及批判倫理等,其中關懷倫理與正義倫理兩者常被學者拿來對比,並作為探討的議題。 基於此,本文首先將敘述正義倫理的意涵及其運用在學校領導的作為,其次說明關懷倫理的意涵及其運用在學校領導的作為,之後分析比較正義倫理與關懷倫理的差異,接著從情理法看正義與關懷在學校行政的實踐,最後以正義與關懷的合唱之隱喻,闡述正義倫理與關懷倫理對學校領導的啟示,以供學校行政領導者之參考。
The main purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of an ethics of justice and an ethics of care. Basically, there are many differences between the ethics of justice and the ethics of care; thus school administrators should understand the concepts of justice and care. The paper recommends some suggestions for school administrators: for example, applying high standards of justice but also high standards of care. In short, the paper provides some suggestions for school leaders, to help them improve their school administrative skills by combining and ethics of justice and care.
