摘要

芬蘭在國民教育系統上是公認世界排名第一的國家，近年來推動國民教育階段之課程改革。在2006年國際學生評量方案(PISA)中，獲得「科學」領域第一，以及「閱讀」、「數學」領域第二的肯定。本文先探討芬蘭國民教育特色，並介紹芬蘭於2006年全面實施的新國家核心課程，最後再依據PISA測驗評比結果，進行較為深入的理解。

Finland has been reforming its comprehensive educational system for years, and this system has been rated as one of the best in the world. In the 2006 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), Finland was ranked number one in science, and number two in both reading literacy and mathematics. This article discusses the characteristics of the comprehensive education system in Finland, and then introduces its new national core curriculum, which has been in effect since 2006. Finally, the results of the PISA will be analyzed in order that readers may further understand the educational system in Finland.
