紐西蘭國家教育成就證書(NCEA)之發展歷程

The Development of New Zealand's National Certificate of Educational Achievement

摘要


本文要探討紐西蘭國家教育成就證書(NCEA)的發展起源與形成過程。作為檢驗中學教育成就與大學入學證明的證書,NCEA在設計上與實施上相當複雜,但由於縝密嚴謹的查考過程,使得NCEA的認證仍能獲得國際上共同的認可。了解NCEA的發展歷程或可作為臺灣在轉向學習成就素養導向標準本位評量時之參酌。

This study aims to understand the development of the New Zealand's National Certificate of Educational Achievement. As the certificate to examine a student's achievements of the secondary education and to enroll universities in New Zealand, NCEA's design and implementation are quite complicated. However, due to its sophisticated and strict exercise, NCEA still wins recognition internationally. Therefore, understanding the development of NCEA may serve as a reference for Taiwan to adopt standard-based assessments of student achievement.
