台北都會區土地使用形態與環境品質之研究

摘要

本文利用羣體決策的腦力激盪法，構建都會區環境品質評估體系的階層結構，同時對台北都會區進行調查，以瞭解居民對環境品質屬性現況的評價與重要性認知，進而構建環境評價指標，作為地區比較的基準；另一方面則蒐集台北都會區內各行政區之土地使用型態資料，透過多變量解析方法中之因子分析與羣落分析方法的操作，將台北都會區內四十個行政區依其土地使用形態特性歸納為七個羣落；此外並應用正準相關分析，進一步探討土地使用形態與環境品質評價之間的關係。

This paper is to construct a hierarchical structure for metropolitan environment evaluation by the use of brainstorming method, which is one of the group decision making methods. Data collected from citizen consciousness and physical environment surveys are used to obtain comprehensive environmental indices for each individual district. Factor Analysis (FA) and Cluster Analysis (CA) methods are used to analyze the characteristics of land use pattern by using variables of 40 districts, then the clustering output of 7 groups will be obtained. Besides, the value recognition of environment and land use pattern are related by using Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA).
