摘要

本文係由都市規劃(urban planning)的觀點，試圖釐清日治時期(1595-1945)至戰後(1945-1976)台灣市地細部區劃之法規制度的成立，並進一步擴及探討法制變遷之歷程，以及細部規劃法制在各時期的功能(function)與特性(characters)及其相互關係。透過上述的探討，做為未來都市空間結構發展後續研究之依據，尋求現今法規制度在都市設計的實踐中應有的規範。本文謂之「都市細部規劃法制」即是建築線、市地重劃、細部計畫之三制度。

This research tries to study the establishment and transformation of urban detail planning regulations during Japan colonial (1895-1945) and postwar Taiwan (1945-1976). In the view of urban planning, I will discuss the function and characters of Urban Detail Planning in both periods, and take these experiences to refer the urban design in future. I will focus on the study of regulation of urban detail planning, including three parts: the system of building line, urban land re-planning and detail planning.
