大量施肥作業機之研製試驗

Development of Mass Fertilizer Applicator for Crops

摘要


研製完成粉狀肥料(石灰、矽酸爐渣)之施肥機,其主要機構由接地輪、傳動機構、施肥軸、肥料箱及機架等組合而成,每台施肥機有兩組肥料箱,每箱容量約250kg,施肥寬度為2m,利用接地輪之轉動經由鏈輪及傳動鏈條,帶動施肥軸旋轉而落肥,落肥量可經由更換傳動鏈輪以改變施肥軸之轉速而調整,以每公頃施用2,000、2,500、3,000kg三種不同落肥量而設計。施肥軸是利用外徑8.6cm之不銹鋼管週邊銑寬0.8cm,深0.6cm之溝槽15條,施肥軸安裝在一內徑8.8cm之鐵管內,該管上下各開有5cm之缺口,上端與肥料箱焊在一起,當施肥軸轉動時,溝槽內之肥料會自然掉落在田面上,每公頃作業時間約1∼1.5小時。

Main mechanism of the powder fertilizer (lime, slag) applicator consists of landwheel. drive mechanism, fertilizing axle, fertilizer box and frame. The applicator which is equipped with two fertilizer boxes with weight capacity of 250kg in each box can band powder fertilizer 2m in width. By means of turning the landwheels fertilizer axle is removed through a sprocket and a roller chain and forces fertilizer dropping into the ground. The application rate of fertilizer can be abjusted by controlling the turning speed of fertilizing axle. The application rates are designed with 2000, 25000, 3000kg/ha. The efficiency of the applicator is 1-1.5 hour for working one hectare.
