鄉村家庭親職角色與親子關係之研究

本研究旨在瞭解鄉村家庭親職角色扮演與親子關係親密性的情形，進而探討其相關性，並分析對它具有影響的重要因素。調查工具為親職角色量表和親子關係量表。調查對象共720戶農村家庭，調查資料以次數分配、百分比、皮爾蓀積差相關及多元迴分析等方法加以處理。研究發現：一、大部分鄉村家庭的親子互動、親職角色扮演與親子關係親密性程度不高。二、親職角色扮演越好，親子關係親密性程度越好。三、青少年父母之親職角色扮演越稱職的，其父母感情越佳、學業成就越佳、親子互動也越佳；其父親職業從農及族群為平地人，在親職角色扮演上較不稱職。四、青少年與父母之親子關係較親密的，其父母感情較好，學業成就較佳，親子互動亦較佳；其母親有任職的，顯示親子關係程度稍低。五、父母婚姻生活為影響親子互動的重要因素。六、父母婚姻生活、學業成就、族群和父親職業為影響親職角色扮演的重要因素。七、父母婚姻生活、學業成就、親職角色為影響親子關係親密性的重要因素。

The puprose of this study is to understand the parents' rloe play and the intimacy of parents-children relationship in rural family, and to find out their correlation and analyze the cause factors thereto. Through the investigation of 720 pairs of subject parties, the reasercher has completed the ”Status Table of Parents Role” to be used as the measuring tool for the reaserch. Various statistical techniques with frequency, percentage. Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis are used to analyze the data. Findings: 1. Low intimacy relation between parents and children, resulting in less interactions with each other. 2. The better parents role, the closer intimacy relation between parents and children. 3. The successful parents role indicates have better harmoneous life of the parents. better schooling records and better parents-children interactions. The farmer fathers and the clan for Nonaborigines performed less satisfactory. 4. Professional mothers have less intimacy with their children. 5. The matrimony life of parents is an important cause factors to interactions with children. 6. The matrimony life of parents, schooling records, clan and fater's profession are all affectiong factors of parents role. 7. The matrimony life of parents, schooling records, and parents role are all affectiong factors of intimacy between parents and childre.
