氮肥施用對不同再生處理再生稻產量與品質之影響

Effect of Nitrogen Application on Yield and Quality of Rice with Different Ratoon Treatments

摘要


為探討氮肥施用對不同再生處理之再生水稻產量與品質之影響,以確定最適當之氮肥施用及再生處理技術,提高稻穀產量與品質。經79、80年二期作試驗結果顯示,每公頃施用氮素140公斤較施用100公斤稻穀產量可增加12.8~16.1%。施用方法以處理再生芽後2天施用40%、12天施用30%、22天施用20%、幼穗形成期施用10%較佳,較處理再生芽後2天施用25%、12天施用40%、22天施用25%、幼穗形成期施用10%增產%。不同再生處理方式以第一期作水稻收穫後6~9日再行割蘗處理最佳,其再生芽萌芽率高,抽穗整齊,成熟期較為一致,其次為水稻以聯合收穫機低割後稻樁(高度5~8cm)所產生之再生芽進行再生栽培不再割蘗,兩者均較水稻收穫後第6日噴施巴拉刈殺草劑增產16.6~9.9%。各處理間對米質之影響,經調查結果氮肥用量以每公頃施用氮素140公斤較施用100公斤為佳,完整米率較高,未熟粒較低。施用方法以處理再生芽後2天施用40%、12天施用30%、22天施用20%、幼穗形成期施用10%較處理再生芽後2天施用25%、12天施用40%、22天施用25%、幼穗形成期施用10%為佳,其完整白米率略高,畸型粒及碎米粒稍低。又不同再生處理方式則以第一期作水稻收穫後6~9日再行割蘗處理最佳,其完整白米率較高,未熟粒、畸型粒、茶米粒、碎米粒均較低,其次為水稻以聯合收穫機低割後稻樁(5~8cm)所產生之再生芽行再生栽培不再割蘗,水稻收穫後第6日噴施巴拉刈殺草劑稀釋200倍,其未熟粒、畸型粒、茶米粒、碎米粒較高,且米粒大小不均勻、品質較差。

To investigate the optimum cultivation of ratooning rice, two levels of nitrogen, two methods of nitrogen application and three sprouting treatments were studied on the second crop of 1990 and 1991 in I-Lan area. Results indicated that the application of nitrogen by 140kg/ha had better yields(increase 12.8~16.1%) and rice quality than nitrogen application at the level of 100 kg/ha. High level of nitrogen application(40% of the total amount) at the early stage (2 days after ratoon treatment) had better yield and rice quality than low level (25% of the total amount) nitrogen application. Ratoon cutting at the date 6-9 days after first crop been harvested results in 9.9~16.6% of higher yield and rice quality than noncutting or spraying herbicide at the same period.
