養蝦廢水對水稻生長的影響

摘要


為探討養蝦廢水對水稻生長的影響及為害程度,特將養蝦池排放的廢水按其所含鹽份濃度分為七個等級,依作物不同生育期分別予以不同濃度的廢水處理,其結果如下:水稻遭養蝦廢水為害時,最明顯的症狀為其葉尖發生捲縮、白化、繼而整葉或全株枯死。生育後期則會造成稻穗空穎或不飽滿的現象發生。養蝦癈水影響水稻生育主要作用於榖粒重與稔實率,分蘗數與株高次之,其原因可能與其Na+、Cl-含量與EC值的高低有關。水稻在鹽害狀態下地上部P、K含量會降低,Ca、Mg含量則有增加的趨勢。乾物重無論是在葉片、葉鞘、莖桿或穗部均有減少的現象。養蝦廢水對水稻土壤性質的影響在於EC值、有效鉀及的提高,至於有機質、磷酐、Ca、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn等含量各處理間差異並不顯著。

A field plot study on salt tolerance and damage of rice from aquaculture waste water was conducted in 1992-1993. The results showed that the major reducing effects of waste water from aquaculture on growth parameters of rice were focused on plant height, panicle number and grain number per panicle. Grain yield was affected more seriously than other characters. The P, K content of leaves were slightly decreased with the increase of salinity, while Ca, Mg increased nonlinearly. Dry matter of shoots, leaves and grains dropped with increased salinity of water. The soil chemical properties under salinity condition appeared to have higher EC, K2O and Mg values. However, the contents of OM, P2O5, Ca, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn between salinity soil and the check were not significantly different.
