栽培介質及肥料對四季蘭假球莖增殖之影響

The Influences of Cultural Medium and Fertilizers on Pseudobulbs Multiplication of Cymbidium ensifolium

摘要


1996年試驗,結果顯示四季蘭以單一介質水苔種植者,假球莖數由原來的2個,增加到5.1個,而以發泡煉石加泥炭土加蛇木屑(V:V:V=1:1:1)的混合介質種植者,假球莖數目增為4.4個。1997年的試驗結果,仍以種植在水苔中為最佳,假球莖數目增為4.7個,其次為種植在蛇木屑加泥炭土加發泡煉石(V:V:V=1:1:1)的混合介質中,假球莖數目增為4.4個,而種植在浮石者最差,僅增至3.9個。二年的試驗結果顯示,處理間之差異皆達顯著水準,以水苔種植四季蘭,對假球莖增殖的效果最佳。不同肥料處理,在1996年以台肥五號(4.5-9-9)稀釋500倍,每週澆灌50 c.c.效果最佳,骨粉每3個月施用6克者次之,以下依序為百得肥三號(10-30-20)、二號(20-20-20)及七號(15-10-30)稀釋1000倍,每週澆灌50 c.c.,但處理間差異皆未達顯著水準。1997年以好康多一號(14-12-14)、骨粉混合大豆粉(V:V=1:1)及奧妙肥一號(14-14-14)最佳,其次為魔肥(6-40-6-15 MgO),而不施肥的對照組最差,處理間差異達顯著水準。

In 1996 medium trial, the number of pseudobulbs of Cymbidium ensifolium increased from 2 to 5.1 with sphagnum and to 4.4 with peat moss: tree-fern: calcined clay=1:1:1. Pseudobulbs of Cymbidium ensifolium planting with sphagnum was 4.7, still the best in 1997. The other was 4.4 planting with peat moss: tree-fern: calcined-clay=1:1:1. The third was only 3.9 planting with pumice (control). The influences of medium on pseudobulbs number of Cymbidium ensifolium were significant in 1996 and 1997. Although the influences among ferterlizer treatments in 1996 were not significant, Taiwan Ferterlizer No. 5 was better than others. In 1997, the differences were significant. Treatments with Hi-control No. 1, bone powder mix with soybean powder and Osmocote No. 1 were the best three. Second was Magamp-k and the third was no ferterlizer (control).
