Radiological Diagnosis of Ascaris in the Bile Duct
膽管內蛔虫之X射線診斷
摘要
在3,635次靜脈膽管造影術中發現401例蛔虫進入膽管中而致病，本文僅就放射線檢查方法及所見提出討論，其所見包括(a)膽管內兩條平行線影，(b)膽管大小不成比率之細小罩一線影，(c)鐵軌交叉形影像，(d)圓圈影像，(e)膽管擴大，肝內管分枝造影劑滯留等。（看圖）最後提出典型照片做參考。

In a series, of 3,635 intravenous cholangiocystographic examinations 401 cases of ascaris migration into the bile duct were found and the radiological procedure and findings are discussed. The findings are double lines parallel in the duct, a single thin line disproportional to the size of the duct, rail fork sign, round radiolucency, ductal dilatation, and stasis of the dye in the intrahepatic duct branches. Typical radiographs are displayed.
