摘要

半月形軟骨關節攝影是一種安全與有用的檢查，可用來診斷半月形軟骨的解剖形狀與病變。熟練與正確的操作技術對於提高診斷的正確率是極端重要的，我們希望由不斷累積的經驗討論改進，使這種檢查更普及，而其診斷正確性更提高。同時，我們也發現，雖然內二半月形軟骨的活動較小，但二年來在榮民總醫院作檢查的病人，却以外側半月形軟骨的損傷佔大多數。

Arthrography of the meniscus which is a kind of safe and useful examination can be used to diagnose its anatomical structure and lesions of the menscus, particularly tears , practiced and exact technique in operation is of great importance to the accuracy of diagnosis. We hope that the examination will be very popular and can be more accurate by frequent research for improvement and accumulative experience. In the meantime, we find that during the two years most of the patients examined at TVGH are injured in lateral meniscus; though medial meniscus has less mobility in anatomical structure.
