摘要
胎兒中的胎兒(Fetus in fetu) 是一種高度分化的後腹膜腔畸胎瘤，它看成彩的個體。個體的數目可以一個，也可以多個。一個四個月大的男嬰，他因為肚子漲大，腹部可摸到腫塊，而帶到長庚醫院求診。例行腹部X光片發現腹部有成形的骨骼組織。開刀後發現從後腹膜腔長出兩個成形的胎兒組織，外面有完整的被膜包圍着。這種胎兒中的胎兒甚為罕見，而腹部X光片將可提供確切的的診斷。

A fetus in fetu is a highly developed or complex form of retroperitoneal teratoma. The well-formed fetal organ may be single or multiple in number. There is a 4 month-old boy infant with abdominal distantion since his birth, and palpable abdominal tumor mass was accidentally found in recent few days before admission. Routine abdominal plain film showed abdominal tumor mass with well-formed fetal skeleton. Surgically revealed twin fetuses were well-encapsulated in a retroperitoneal tumor. It is rare incidence in fetus in fetu, and more rarer in the twin fetuses in fetu. The X-ray of abdominal film well establish the correct diagnosis.
