利用熱發光劑量計度量鈷六十遠隔治療機的輸出劑量

摘要

本實驗係根據美國國家標準局的技術報告978號，應用熱發光劑量計，測量鈷六十遠隔治療機輸出劑量。並依據這技術報告所提供的在各種不同條件下的劑量計算公式，將熱發光劑量計所測得之値，分別依各公式計算，並將其結果與一般常使用的侖琴計和游離腔所測得之結果，相互比較。實驗結果顯示，這三種不同劑量計對於遠隔治療機輸出劑量的測定效果相同。

This experiment was based on the Technical Note 978 of the U.S. National Bureau of Standards by using thermoluminescent dosimeters to measure the radiation dose from a ^(60)Co teletherapy unit. The results thus obtained were used to compute the absorbed doses according to the irradiation conditions and the formulas provided by the Technical note. The R-meter and the ion chamber were also used to measure the dose for comparison purpose. The experimental results show that the doses measured by these three types of dosimeters are in good agreement.
