合併肺－肝閃爍掃描攝影之臨床應用
CLINICAL USEFULLNESS OF COMBINED LIVER-LUNG SCINTISCANS
摘要
吾人收集民國69年5月至8月間進行合併肺-肝掃描之病人七例。其中有三例患横膈下膿瘍，兩例患肝癌，一例肺炎併肋膜積水，一例放射線照射傷害。在八次肺－肝掃描中，七次之診斷是正確的。在八次超音波之檢査中，四次之診斷是正確的。由此七例之例證當中顯示，合併肺－肝掃描之安全與準確性，値得推廣用於臨床上有關横膈下膿瘍及其他肺、肝疾病之診出與追踪檢査之用。

We collected seven patients undergoing combined liver-lung scintiscans from May to August 1980. Three of them had subdiaphragmatic abscess, two had hepatoma, one lobar pneumonia with pleural effusion and one radiation injury. The combined liver-lung scans were proved correct in seven of eight examinations. The sonographies were proved correct in four of eight examinations. The safety, accuracy and reproducibility of combined liver-lung scan proved it be a very useful diagnostic modality for the clinical diagnosis and follow up of subdiaphragmatic abscess and other liver and lung diseases.
