牛奶樣鈣質尿
MILK OF CALCIUM URINE: CASE ANALYSIS AND LITERATURE REVIEW
摘要
牛奶樣鈣質尿乃是存於腎臟集尿系統中的含鈣質懸浮液，文獻上報告過的27例分別屬於見於腎盞憩室及見於水腎患者二種型態，榮民總醫院放射線部於民國71年6月至72年2月底間，共發現6例，其中4例臨床診斷皆與腎結核有關，且皆有獨特之放射線學徵象，與文獻報告者有所不同，我們提出來供大家參考，並回顧有關文獻討論之。

Milk of calcium urine is defined as calcium containing suspension in the renal collecting system. There had been 27 case reports in the literatures. It has been classified into two groups, the first one is milk of calcium urine associated with calyceal diverticulum and the second type is those of associated with hydronephrosis which is usually related to the urinary stasis and infections. From June 1982 to Feb. 1983, we have found 6 cases of milk of calcium urine, all of them are related to infection; among those, four are closely related with TB. This is rather different from the reported cases in the literatures of which two-thirds cases are related to calyceal diverticulum. Analysis of X-Ray findings and literature review are discussed.
