摘要
腸套疊症在成人並不常見，其發生多有潛伏性病因存在。一般的鋇餐腸胃造影術爲對此症深具診斷價值的常用檢査方法。唯因成人的腸套疊症多具有非典型(Atypical)臨床症狀，故在開刀前得正確診斷者不多見，如不及時正確診斷，常爲病患帶來不幸。電腦斷層被醫學界廣泛應用，對空腔器官的診斷，亦頗有成效，尤其是對腸套疊的影像俱有特異性的徵象，可作爲正確診斷的依據。現僅將榮民總醫院台中分院最近爲一位開刀後的病患疑有併發症，利用CT爲其作檢査時正確診斷此症提出報告，目前已知用CT來診斷腸套疊症者，國外有四例，本國未有報告。

The occurrence of Intussusception is very rare in adult after operation. An accurrate diagnosis is important to avoid morbidity of the patient. Usually, conventional gastrointestinal series remains the method of choice in the diagnosis of Intussusception. However, when the clinical symptom is atypical as it used to be in the adult intussusception and a CT scan of abdomen is required for evaluation of abdominal condition of the patient, CT turns out to be a very diagnostic tool. It demonstrates multiple layers of ring shaped bowels which trapped the intussusceptum in its eccentric inner layer adjacent to the centrally characteric cresent shape mesenteric fat. The out-most layer is the intussusceptiens. This characteric CT feature of Intussusception and its mechanism has been detail discussed by A.T. Donovan et al^(10). Recnelty we have the opportunity to detect an occult adult jejuno-jejuno intussusception by CT scan and present the case here. So far as we know this is the first case of our CT diagnosis of adult intussusception in Taiwan though four similar cases have been reported in English literature in the past two years.
