摘要

原發性氣管癌(primary tracheal cancer)是非常罕見的疾病。馬偕醫院從民國65年至民國73年，發見4例原發性氣管癌。主要症狀為呼吸困難、哮喘和咳嗽。4例中有3個病人經例行性胸部X光攝影就發現有明顯異常；另外1例無明顯病變，但高電壓胸部X光攝影(high KV film)，則可約略看到氣管內腫瘤，再經傳統X光斷層攝影(tomography)檢查，腫瘤更可清楚地顯示出來。4例中有1例做了氣管造影術(tracheography)，捷錄造像術(xerography)及電腦斷層攝影(CT scan)三種檢查。我們提出4個病例之放射線學診斷，臨床症狀，治療及預後，並回顧有關文獻，提供大家參考。

Primary cancers of trachea are rare. Their common clinical symptoms include cough, hemoptysis, respiratory wheezing, and dyspnea. We have found four cases of primary cancer of trachea from 1976 to 1984 at M.M.H.
Three of four tracheal cancers showed abnormal finding and one case showed negative finding on routine chest x-ray films, but postive finding in all 4 cases on high kv chest film and linear tomography. One of these four cases was performed tracheography, xerography and CT scan which all revealed postive finding. We present these cases including radiologic features, clinical symptoms, treatment and prognosis, with a review of literature.
