電腦斷層掃描對具神經症狀之散播性紅斑性狼瘡之探討

摘要

20例具神經症狀之散播性紅斑性狼瘡之病人，施以頭部電腦斷層掃描檢查。這些病人之診斷均符合1982年美國僂麻質斯學會之診斷標準。大多數病人於檢查時，其一般情況不甚良好。其電腦斷層掃描圖所顯示之異常率亦相當高(85%)。這些異常，依序分別為：(1)腦皮質萎縮9例，並伴有或無腦室擴大。(2)腦梗塞4例其中包括1例出血性梗塞及1例深靜脈梗塞。(3)腦水腫3例。(4)腦部原發性淋巴瘤1例。

Cranial computerized tomography (CT) was performed on 20 patients of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with central nervous system (CNS) involvement. The diagnosis of SLE in the series was made in accordance with American Rheumatism Association revised criteria in 1982. Most of the patients had rather serious neurological symptoms at the time of CT evaluation. The abnormality rate is high (85%). They were listed in order of frequency of occurrence: 1) Cortical atrophy with or without ventricular dilatations 9 cases, 2) Infarction 4 cases including one case of hemorrhagic infarction and one case of deep vein thrombosis, 3) Brain edema 3 cases, 4) One case associated with lymphoma.
