紅斑性狼瘡合併橫貫性脊髓炎及水腦症－病例報告
Systemic Lupus Erythematous Complicated with Transverse Myelitis and Hydrocephalus - Report of One Case
摘要
橫貫性脊髓炎（transverse myelitis）及水腦症（hydrocephalus）是紅斑性狼瘡少見的併發症，但是卻有極高的死亡率，回溯文獻並未見到兩者同時發生的病例報告。本篇報告一個40歲女性病患，在診斷紅斑性狼瘡後3個月，先後併發橫貫性脊髓炎及水腦，特以提出並和相關文獻加以討論。

About 25 to 80% of patients with systemic lupus erythematous had neurological complications, including seizure, psychosis, peripheral neuropathy, stroke, transverse myelitis and hydrocephalus. In review of the literatures, simultaneous occurrence of transverse myelitis and hydrocephalus had never been reported. We present a 40-year-old woman complicated with transverse myelitis and hydrocephalus 3 months after the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematous. The possible pathogenesis of this manifestation of SLE was discussed.
