SOLID AND PAPILLARY NEOPLASM OF THE PANCREAS: RADIOLOGICAL APPEARANCES WITH EMPHASIS ON CT AND ANGIOGRAPHIC FINDINGS

摘要

Five cases of solid and papillary neoplasms of the pancreas were reviewed. Three of them had been examined by computed tomography. A sharply defined inhomogeneous mass with solid component and large area of low attenuation was disclosed in two patients. The other one's computed tomography showed sharply defined but relatively homogeneous soft-tissue mass with dense calcifed wall. Angiography was performed in two patients showing avascular or hypovascular mass with little tumor blush. Computed tomographic and angiographic findings combined with clinical features can suggest the diagnosis of this type of pancreatic tumor.

報告5例經病理證實為胰臟固形狀及乳頭狀之腫瘤（Solid and papillary neoplasm of the pancreas）。其中3例曾接受電腦斷層攝影掃描，兩例呈現外緣平滑不均勻密度腫塊，有固形及低密度部分；另一例則顯示外緣平滑且均勻密度腫塊及濃鈣化壁。兩例接受血管攝影檢查，顯示無血管性或低血管性腫塊。電腦斷層攝影對這類腫塊有提示作用。不過合併血管攝影及臨床徵候可獲得正確的診斷。
