摘要

U-V junctional obstruction was a difficult condition to urologist and surgical intervention is offten needed. However percutaneous management offers another solution with less morbidity and more acceptability. We report a case who suffered from ureteral rupture and complete U V junctional obstruction after lithotripsy with ureteroscope. The procedure of percutaneous management was well tolerated and was proved successful in 8 months follow-up.
