摘要

乳頭狀囊腫之胰臟瘤是一種較少見的胰臟瘤，通常出現於年輕女性，尤其黑人居多，是屬於一種慢性成長的大型瘤，然而，此種瘤有其典型的病理徵像。幾乎所有的病例皆採取外科切除爲治療方式，其術後效果相當良好。因此當年年輕女性患者有胰臟囊腫之腫瘤時，醫師必須將乳頭狀囊腫瘤列入鑑別診斷，在此，我們報告一個十八歲女性患者的病歷以及所有X光檢查包括超音波，電腦斷層及血管攝影。

Papillary and cystic tumor (PCT) of the pancreas is uncommon. The neoplasm typically presents in young female patients as a slowly growing mass that may attain large size. The tumor have a characteristically histologic appearance and low malignant potential. Surgical resection will be curative in almost all cases. PCT should be considered in the diferential diagnosis of any cystic pancreatic neoplasm especially in young women. We have the opportunity to present a case of an 18-year-old female with complete radiologic examinations including sonography, computed tomography and angiography.
