Survey of Occupational Exposure of Medical Staff in the Taiwan Areas of Kaohsiung and Pingtung

高屏地區醫療人員職業曝露的調查研究

摘要

以高屏地區（高雄市、高雄縣與屏東縣）接受國立清華大學與核能研究所之人員劑量計偵測服務的醫療人員為對象，調查1987至1991年間醫療人員的職業曝露情形。結果發現五年問醫療人員的輻射劑量值均很低且在劑量限度之下。五年的年平均有效等效劑量分別為1.13、0.78、0.34、0.16與0.19毫西弗(mSv)。利用Kruskal-Wallis檢定法，比較高雄市、高雄縣與屏東縣之間的人員劑量、不同醫療院所等級間和不同醫用輻射部門的人員劑量問，發現有統計上的差異存在。最後並且進行曝露途徑的訪視工作。

A survey of medical personnel occupational exposure during 1987-1991 has been carried out in the areas of Kaohsiung and Pingtung. Radiation doses were evaluated using personnel dosimeters provided by National Tsing Hua University and the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research. Results showed that the doses received were well below the dose limits. Annual mean value of effective dose equivalent during 1987-1991 was 1.13, 0.78, 0.34, 0.16 and 0.19 mSv respectively, per year. Statistical significance of the results was calculated, using Kruskal-Wallis tests. Results showed to be statistically significant. Finally the exposure pathways, obtained by interview, are also described.
