摘要

轉移性絨毛膜癌並非不常見，但是常見的轉移地點是肺臟，骨盆腔，腦，或是肝臟．轉移到小腸的很罕見。我們報告二例轉移到小腸的轉移性絨毛膜癌並且以大量腸胃道出血的症狀表現。放射線學與臨床表徵一併呈現。

Metastatic choriocarcinoma (MCCA) is not unusual, but the most metastatic sites are lung, pelvis, brain or liver. MCCA of the small intestine is very rare. Two cases of MCCA of the small intestine, presenting with massive gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding, are reported here. Radiological findings and clinical data are presented for the two cases.
