摘要

血管外皮細胞瘤是一罕見之腫瘤，它可發生在身體任何部位。本文報告一例源自後腹腔之血管外皮細胞瘤。病人為三十四歲女性，腹部X光片及腎盂攝影均顯示右後腹腔有一腫塊並有鈣化現象，經電腦斷層攝影及腹部超音波證實此腫瘤呈多囊性成份及有點狀鈣化，血管攝影檢查則表現多血管性，供應血管主要源自右腰椎動脈及右腎動脈分支。遇有多囊性、多血管性及點狀鈣化之後腹腔腫瘤時，血管外皮細胞瘤是需考慮之鑑別診斷。

Hemangiopericytoma is a rare vascular tumor which may occur anywhere in the body. We report such a pathologically-proved case of retroperitoneal hemangiopericytoma in a 34-year-old woman. Radiographs and excretory urography revealed a right abdominal mass with calcification. CT and sonography showed a large, well- defined right retroperitoneal tumor with multicystic components and speckled calcification. Angiography revealed hypervascularity with blood supplied by right lumbar arteries and dilated branches of the right renal artery. A retroperitoneal tumor with multicystic components, speckled calcification and bypervascularity should suggest the diagnosis of hemangiopericytoma.
